Nervazhi reporting rules

1. Submit only incidents you genuinely believe occurred.
2. Separate what you personally saw or heard from information received from others.
3. Do not fabricate, alter or deceptively edit evidence.
4. Do not use Nervazhi for personal revenge, harassment, extortion or political targeting.
5. A failed selection, delayed file or unpleasant interaction is not automatically corruption. Explain the specific conduct you allege.
6. Do not publish or upload material merely to shame an individual.
7. Nervazhi may reject spam, duplicates, unsupported abuse, illegal material or reports that create unnecessary privacy risks.
8. Moderators may reclassify a report and may keep all or part of it private.
